How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All standard orders will be shipped 2 to 5 business days of confirmation from our team they have received your order. If the shipping date takes longer than this, we will be sure to provide an update of the expected shipping date.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Note: sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

Can I get a different size or color than what is offered through the store?

No. If a size, color, or other variant doesn’t appear online, it is not currently available.

What is your return policy?

We accept online returns within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 14-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. To make a return, please email support@sgy.live with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item.

Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

How are payments handled?

When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. Squarespace Payments makes use of the following third party service providers which will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies:
